摘　　要：沈金鳌的用药特点,体现在根据个人体质用药,特别指出了老人、小儿、孕妇等用药注意事项,同样,根据小儿和妊娠妇人,用药也很灵活。药物有各自的气味特点、阴阳属性,因而各具不同的治疗作用。药物的五味结合五脏的补泻,使得疗效显著,而沈金鳌正是发挥了此方法,在著作中体现了五脏用药的方法。沈金鳌用药,处处不忘引经药的运用,在治疗疾病时,首先了解和考虑不同时期的气候特点,因时制宜,不违背自然规律,还根据疾病的发作时间辨证用药。Drug use characteristics of SHEN Jin-ao is embodied according to individual physicalconstitution. He especially particularly points out medication notes for the elderly,children,pregnant women. Similarly,he is also very flexible in medication use according to children and pregnant women. Drugs have their own odor characteristics,yin and yang properties,and therefore have different therapeutic effects. The combination of five flavors of medicine and the five zang organs makes the curative effect remarkable,and Shen Jin-ao just uses this method embodied in Wondrous Lantern for Peering into the Origin and Development of Miscellaneous Diseases. He uses medicine according to different characteristics of sanjiao and the distribution characteristics of the six meridians,which embodies flexible thinking. He always uses drugs for guiding the meridian,when treating disease,first understands and considers the climatic characteristics in different periods of time,obeys laws of nature,and also uses drugs according to the disease onset time.
