刘海起治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验

摘　　要：刘海起教授师从名医孙华山先生,从医40余载,擅长骨伤科各类疾病,在腰椎间盘突出症的诊疗方面有独到的见解与经验,认为腰椎间盘突出症有内外因之分,肝肾亏虚为内在发病关键,感受风寒湿邪,跌扑损伤为外在发病诱因,将腰椎间盘突出症分为肝肾亏虚、气血不足、气滞血瘀、风寒湿痹、风湿热痹五型。重视病因病机,辨证选药,手法灵活,重视传统疗法,自成一套中医诊疗方法:辨证,牵引,手法治疗,中药口服外敷,功能训练,临床颇有疗效,值得后学揣摩领悟。Professor LIU Haiqi,studying with famous doctor SUN Huashan,has engaged in medicine for more than 40 years.He is good at various disease treatments of orthopedics and traumatology,among which he has original views and experience in diagnosis and treatment for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.He believes that there are both internal and external causes for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.On the one hand,deficiency of the kidney is the most important internal cause.On the other hand,infecting wind-cold and damp evil as well as traumatic injury is important external causes.So professor LIU classifies protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc into five classes：deficiency of kidney,lack of blood,qi-stagnation and blood stasis,wind-cold-dampness arthralgia and wind-damp-heat arthralgia.To treat these protrusion,professor LIU attaches importance to etiology and pathogenesis and traditional Chinese treatment,with elaborate selection of medicinal materials and flexible hand techniques.As a result,he creates a set of TCM treatments,including discrimination,traction,massage,oral and external application of Chinese medicine and function trainning.His original treatment is worthwhile to be learnt from because it has good effect in clinic.
