摘　　要：藏象病理生理与理论研究是中医基础理论研究的重点,是实现中医理论发展创新的关键所在。近年研究显示,肝脏在五脏中的地位发生变化,中医肝脏病证占总体病证多达40%,上升到重要位置。在肝脏诸多生理作用中,"主疏泄"为肝的基本生理功能,对于调畅气机、调节情志、促进脾胃运化和调节生殖机能具有重要意义。证是中医临床辨证论治体系的核心,证的现代研究为脏象学说本质的研究找到了切入点,为中、西两种医学深层次的沟通与对话打开了窗口。脏象学说的现代研究是推动中医药现代化刻不容缓的任务,将以现代医学的客观检测指标为中介,最终实现中、西医学本质上的交汇与融合。The study of the pathophysiology and theory of viscera state is the key point of the research of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is the key to realize the innovation of Chinese medicine theory.Recent studies showed that the status of the liver diseases in the five Zang organs syndromes accounted for overall up to 40%,rising to an important position.Among many physiological functions in the liver,soothing as the basic physiological functions of the liver,can regulate qi and emotion and promoting the spleen and stomach has important significance and regulation of reproductive function.Syndrome is the core of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment system.The modern study of syndrome is the key point of the theory of viscera state,which opens the window for the communication and dialogue between Chinese and Western medicine.The modern research of viscera state theory is an urgent task to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.It would take the objective testing index of modern medicine as the intermediary,and finally realize the intersection and integration of Chinese and Western medicine.
