摘  要:当代高校青年教师除普遍面临科研压力大、教学任务重、薪资待遇低等问题外,还遭遇知识理解的简单化,知识追求的精致化,知识生产的功利化等困境。高校青年教师的诸多困境无法避免。高校青年教师应克服生活中的困扰,完成自我的重勘与意义的觉醒,提升研究能力,引领学生发展,用不断的自我完善回应该群体所面临的时代困境,实现自我实现与超越。The young teachers in contemporary colleges and universities not only face the difficulties of great scientific research pressure, heavy teaching tasks and low salary, but also suffer from the simplification of knowledge comprehension, the refinement of knowledge pursuit, the utilitarianism of knowledge production, and so on. Many dilemmas young colleges and universities teachers faces are inevitable. Therefore, young colleges and universities teachers should overcome troubles in life, realize self-exploration and self-awakening, enhance research ability and lead students" development, respond their era dilemma with continuous self-improvement, and achieve self-fulfilling and self-surpass.
