行动研究法构建胸外科专科护士培训效果评价模式的实践

摘　　要：目的构建胸外科专科护士培训效果评价模式,以期解决传统评价中忽视培训后学员行为改变和组织绩效提升的问题,提高培训质量。方法以行动研究法为框架,综合应用文献研究、专家会议等方法收集分析资料。结果行动小组从专科护士培训效果评价参考模型确立、评价内容确定、评价方法设计、评价标准建立和评价模式实际运行等方面开展研究,构建基于柯式模型的评价模式。实施结果显示,评价模式评价内容全面,有助于促进培训成果应用,引导培训计划修正。结论行动研究法是解决临床教学问题的有效方法,以柯式模型为依据的培训效果评价模式可用以提高专科护士培训质量。Objective To construct the evaluation model for the training effect of thoracic surgery specialty nurses,in order to solve the problem of neglecting the action change and organization performance improvement,and improve the training quality.Methods By using action research method as the frame and appling the literature review and expert meetings to collect the data.Results The model was establised,evaluation content was confirmed,the research model design,evaluation criteria and evaluation model were implemented,the evaluation model based on Kirkpatrick model was constructed.The result showed that the evaluation content was able to promote the application of the training effect and guild the modification of training plan.Conclusion The Action research method is the effective method to solve the clinical teaching problem,and the evaluation model based on Kirkpatrick model can be used to improve nurses＇ training quality.
