摘 要:智能交通系统广泛应用在控制服务、制造车辆、道路交通等领域。而在智能交通系统中最关键的技术之一就是车牌字符识别技术。文中采用神经网络技术来实现车牌字符识别。人工神经网络,可较好的自组织自学习能力、较大规模并行处理、分布式信息存储等。BP算法是人工神经网络中的一种监督式的学习算法,是非线性变化单元构成的,并且非线性映射能力十分强,在理论上能逼近任意函数,可以依据实际情况设定网络的学习系数、网络的中间层数以及各层的处理单元等参数。Intelligent transportation system is widely used in the fields of control service, manufacturing vehicle, road transportation and so on. One of the most critical technologies in intelligent transportation systems is license plate character recognition. In this paper, neural network technology is used to realize license plate character recognition. Artificial neural network, can be better self-organizing self-learning ability, large-scale parallel processing, distributed information storage. BP algorithm is a kind of supervised learning algorithm in artificial neural network, which is composed of nonlinear variable elements, and the nonlinear mapping ability is very strong. In theory, it can approximate any function and can set the learning coeflficient of the network according to the actual situation. The number of layers in the middle of the network, and the processing units of each layer.
