摘 要:傣族口功治疗,曾经是傣族传统社会的主要医疗方式之一,即使在现代医疗日益健全的今天,仍然拥有顽强的生命力。以西双版纳为田野调查点,对傣族传统口功治疗进行文化分析,认为针对某些疾病,人们依然选择口功治疗的重要原因是文化和信仰。包括对这一传统文化的自信、根深蒂固的宗教信仰、基层政府对这一民间治疗方式的包容,以及对口功摩雅的崇拜、口功治疗自身的文化优势、现代医学带来的文化休克和对某些疾病治疗的失灵。对于傣族人来说,口功治疗与个人健康、传统文化发展和民族命运休戚相关。Kougong therapy of Dai, which is one of the major Dai traditional treatment with strong vitality even in modern society. Taking Xishuangharma as an example, on the basis of field work, the author conducted a cultural analysis on Kougong therapy of Dai, and argued that Dai People's cultural cognition and medical beliefs were the basis and driving force for the erdstence of this treatment, including cultural self-confidence, ingrained religious beliefs, tolerance from the grass-roots government, worship of the healers, Kougong treatment^s superiority, cultural shock and failure from modern medicine. For Dai people, Kougong therapy is closely related to individual health, development of traditional culture and destiny of the nation.
