摘　　要："双一流"建设为高等学校学科发展提供了历史性机遇与挑战。本文以天津工业大学纺织科学与工程学科为例,分析了学校建设"双一流"学科的发展路径,包括适应社会发展需求,加强高校学科建设;引领行业发展,服务国计民生;构建一流师资队伍,提升教育教学水平;建设世界一流学科,提升学校整体水平。促进了学校事业的全面发展。The Action Plan of ＂Building World Top Class Universities and Disciplines＂ outlines the historical opportunities and challenges for development of Colleges and universities in China. Taking Textile Science and Engineering Discipline as an example, this paper analyzes the development path of ＂Building World Top Class Universities and Disciplines＂, including： adapting discipline construction in universities to meet the demand of social development, leading the development of the industry to serve the people＇s needs, constructing world top class teaching and research staff to improve the level of education and teaching, building the world top class discipline to spur the improvement of the overall level of university.
