摘　　要：高校困难生帮扶工作的顺利开展对高等教育健康发展有着重要影响。教工党员与学生群体联系紧密,提高教工党支部联系困难生育人质量,对困难生认定和帮扶都有积极的推动作用,也是教育战线党员群体开展"两学一做"学习教育的重要举措。Helping students with financial difficulties has an important impact on the healthy development of higher education. Members of teachers＇ Party branches are closely associated with students groups. They can plays an important role in identifying those students and giving them accurate help, so as to improve their cultivation quality, which is also an important way for the party members to study the party theories and put them into practice.
