摘　　要：中医与西医如何结合一直是医学界关注的问题,中医是河图易经的发挥,有着清晰的从整体到系统的脉络,西医的发展则是随哲学、数学、物理学、化学等方面的发展而发展的,就目前而言是片面的。中医与西医的结合应该是以系统论、量子力学为沟通前提,以河图易经的逻辑规律为理论依据,有原则地选择双方信息,再加以整合。It＇s the focus of how to integrate traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） and Western medicine since along. Originated in the HETU and YIJING,TCM has clear path from massive structure to system. Western medicine,by contrast,is segmentary because its development rely on development of philosophy,mathematics,physics,chemistry and so on. To integrate TCM and Western medicine should be conducted in three procedures： this system should be based on understanding of System theory and Quantum mechanics; this system should be with HETU and YIJING as the theoretical basis; and this system should be principled to collect information.
