摘 要:目的:为了科学的解释胡桃楸与鸡蛋同煮的传统用法,该文研究了胡桃楸不同药用部位与鸡蛋同煮后,不同部位含药鸡蛋的抗肿瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法:选用H22荷瘤小鼠模型,以环磷酰胺作为阳性对照,观察与胡桃楸根、枝和青果皮(果)同煮的鸡蛋对肿瘤生长的抑制作用及对小鼠胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官的影响。结果:与胡桃楸根同煮的鸡蛋(含药鸡蛋)低、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为17.43%、19.29%,呈量效关系;胡桃楸枝的含药鸡蛋低、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为22.92%、28.59%,呈量效关系。胡桃楸果含药鸡蛋低剂量组抑瘤率为9.36%,抗肿瘤作用较弱,高剂量组为-9.11%,未显示抗肿瘤作用。胡桃楸根、枝和果的含药鸡蛋对小鼠体重及免疫器官均起到一定的保护作用。结论:胡桃楸根和枝的含药鸡蛋对H22荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长均有抑制作用,其中枝的含药鸡蛋抑瘤作用较明显,而果的含药鸡蛋在本实验条件下未显示抗肿瘤作用。Objective :To illustrate the traditional application of Juglans mandshurica which was decocted together with eggs,the anti-tumor effects and different impacts on immune organs about eggs decocted in different medicinal parts of Juglans mandshurica were evaluated in this paper. Methods :Mice bearing H22 tumor were used for the evaluation of the anti-tumor effects and the influence on thymus and spleen of eggs decocted with roots,branches and green peels of Juglans mandshurica. Results :The eggs decocted with roots of Juglans mandshurica showed weak anti-tumor effect in a dose-dependent manner,with inhibition rate of 17.43% and 19.29% respectively at low and high dose. The eggs decocted with branches showed moderate antitumor effects,the inhibition rate of which at low and high dose of Juglans mandshurica were 22.92% and 28.59% respectively. The inhibition rate of eggs decocted with green peels of Juglans mandshurica at low dose was 9.36%,while the inhibition rate at high dose was-9.11%. The eggs decocted with the roots,branches and green peels of Juglans mandshurica exhibited protective effects on the immune organs of tumor bearing-mice. Conclusion :The eggs decocted with branches and roots of Juglans mandshurica all showed inhibitory effects on the growth of H22 tumor,and the eggs decocted with branches were more effective on inhibition of tumor growth. However,the green peels exhibited no antitumor effect.
