伊托必利联合黛力新治疗慢性便秘远期效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察伊托必利联合黛力新治疗慢性便秘的远期疗效。方法慢性便秘患者167例随机分为两组,伊托必利组(ITO组,n=82)、伊托必利联合黛力新组(ITO+DX组,n=85),盐酸伊托必利片(50 mg,每天3次)、黛力新片(2片,每天1次)治疗4 w。治疗结束后随访半年。结果 152例完成治疗,ITO组75例,有效率63%;ITO+DX组77例,有效率71%。148例完成随访,ITO组70例,有效率24%;ITO+DX组73例,有效率30%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊托必利联合黛力新治疗慢性便秘远期疗效优于伊托必利单用(P<0.05)。Objective To investigate the long term treatment effect of Itopride（ ITO） combined with Deanxit（ DX） for chronic constipation. Methods 167 patients with chronic constipation were randomly divided into two groups,Itopride group（ ITO group,n= 82） and ITO combined with Deanxit group（ ITO＋DX group,n = 85）. ITO tablets alone（ 50 mg,3 times a day） and ITO tablets（ 50 mg,3 times a day） combined with DX tablets（ 2 tablets,once a day） were administrated to the respective group for 4 weeks.After treatment,patients were under follow-up for six months. Results There were altogether 152 patients who received completed treatment,75 patients in ITO group with the efficiency of 63% and 77 patients in ITO＋DX group with the efficiency of 71%. There were altogether 148 patients who completed the follow-up,70 patients in ITO group with the efficiency of 24% and 73 patients in ITO＋DX group with the efficiency of 30%. The difference was statistically significant（ P0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with Itopride,Itopride combined with Deanxit treatment has the desired therapeutic effect on chronic constipation in the long term（ P0. 05）.
