摘  要:选取30头28日龄健康断奶仔猪(杜长大),随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础日粮中添加100mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素,试验2组在基础日粮中添加400mg/kgβ-葡聚糖,试验期为28d。结果表明:与对照组和抗生素组相比,日粮添加400mg/kgβ-葡聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的末重,平均日增重,平均日采食量,肉料比,脾脏指数,血浆T-AOC、T-SOD、CAT、NOS、GR、GSH-Px浓度,回肠绒毛高度,空肠黏膜TLR4、β-defensins-2蛋白浓度(P<0.05);降低血浆ALT和AST浓度,空肠、回肠和结肠的隐窝深度,空肠黏膜HSP90和PAPR-1蛋白浓度,IL-8和TGF-β1mRNA水平(P<0.05)。结论:在日粮中添加400 mg/kgβ-葡聚糖可替代100mg/kg饲料添加型抗生素硫酸粘杆菌素,从而提高断奶仔猪的生产性能、提高动物血液的抗氧化能力、增强断奶仔猪机体免疫力。Thirty 28 d health weaned piglets (Duroc× Landrace × Yorkshire) were divided into three groups (with 10 replicates of one pig each). The control group was fed with basal diet, test group one were fed the basal diet with 100 mg/kg colistin sulfate;the test group two were fed the basal diet with 400 mg/kg beta-glucan. The trial period lasted 28 days. The results showed that compared with the control group and the antibiotic group dietary supplementation of 400 mg/kg beta glucan significantly improved weaning piglets of final weight,average daily gain weight,average daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio, spleen index, plasma T-AOC, T-SOD, cat, NOS, GR and GSH-Px concentration, ileal villus height, jejunal mueosal TLR4, beta-defensins-2 concentration(P〈0.05) ;reduce plasma ALT and AST concentration,crypt depth in jejunum ileum and colon,jejunum mucosa Hspg0 and PARP-1 level,IL-8, TGF-beta 1 mRNA levels (P〈0. 05). Dietary supplementation of 400 mg/kg beta glucan can replace the 100 mg/kg feed additive type antibiotic colistin sulfate, improve the production performance of weaned piglets, enhance the antioxidant capacity and the immunity of weaned piglets.
