湖南农村义务教育经费供给困境与对策分析

摘　　要：湖南农村义务教育虽然已经取得了一定的成就,但还存在着严重的供给困境。从财政供给总量不足、地区供给差异明显、筹资供给途径单一、经费使用监管缺失等方面对湖南省农村义务教育供给的困境做出了全面的分析,并就产生的原因进行了简要评述,提出了加大财政投入总量、拓宽教育投资渠道、优化城乡教育资源配置、强化教育经费投入的监管体制建设等四个方面的对策。Although the rural compulsory education in Hunan province has made some achievements, there are still serious difficulties in supply. This paper mainly from the lack of supply, supply area differences, single financing supply way of the use of funds such as lack of supervision made a comprehensive analysis on the supply of compulsory education in rural areas of Hunan province, the plight of the causes were briefly reviewed, and proposed to increase the total amount of financial investment, broaden investment channels, optimize the urban and rural education the allocation of educational resources, strengthen the construction of the supervision system of education investment in four aspects.
