摘　　要：应用Fanuc宏程序编制了通用的球面螺旋铣削加工宏程序,通过在平面内生成渐开线,再将其投影到球面上生成刀位点,进行直线插补连接创建螺旋式的无行间过渡的环绕切削刀路轨迹,避免了行间进刀痕的产生,同时保证机床进给的平稳和刀具负荷的稳定。Describe the method of writing a generic spiral milling macro program of spherical with FANUC macro program function. The program will generate involute in a plane,then project it onto the sphereto generate cutter location point,and then generate tool path without layer transition by linear interpolation. This method could avoid joint marks and optimize the stability of machine movement and tool load.
