摘 要:试验考察了提取甲醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比4个因素对猫须草根甲醇浸提法提取率和产物总还原能力的影响,并采用正交试验探讨猫须草根的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:猫须草根提取的最佳工艺为采用25%甲醇,在70℃温度下,以1:70料液比以300 W超声波提取10 min。在此工艺下得率为13.15%,每克提取物还原能力与22.88 mg维生素C相同。Experiments of extracting antioxidant components from Orthosiphon stamineusis roots were carried out under various methanol concentrations, extracting times and temperatures and material-liquid ratios so as to investigate the effects of methanol lixiviation method on the extraction yield and total reducing power of extractive,and also the optimal extraction process was studied through an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were 10 min extraction with 25% methanol at 70 ℃ and a material-liquid ratio of1:70 as well as 300 W ultrasonic wave,in which the extraction yield was 13.15% and the reducing power per gram extractive was equivalent to that of 22.88 mg vitamin C.
