摘　　要：对新疆双语教育制度变迁的历程进行梳理和归纳,以诺思的路径依赖理论为分析框架,从正式制度和非正式制度两方面对新疆双语教育制度的路径及路径依赖进行剖析。研究认为:新疆双语教育制度在变迁的过程中一方面出现时滞影响、主动性缺失、协调性失衡的正式制度路径依赖,另一方面由于人们的主观理解偏差和既得利益集团之间的博弈产生非正式制度的路径依赖。This article aims to analyze the Xinjiang bilingual education system and path independence in theaspects of formal and informal systems under the framework of North＇s path theory through the summary andidentification of Xinjiang bilingual education transition process. Research shows that during the process, on the onehand, there is the appearance of formal system path-dependence, which includes inertial choice initiative deficiency andcoordination imbalance. On the other hand, there is the emergence of informal system path-dependence, which is causedby subjective misunderstanding and the conflict amongthe blocs vested interests.
