摘  要:为了研究狼尾草属牧草和花生秧不同比例混合青贮效果,本试验分别设添加乳酸菌剂(A组)和不添加乳酸菌剂(CK)两组。每组分别设5个处理(A1~A5和CK1~CK5),即闽牧6号狼尾草和花生秧青割后分别按100%∶0、75%∶25%、50%∶50%、25%∶75%、0∶100%5种比例重量混合,分析青贮饲料品质。结果表明,闽牧6号狼尾草与花生秧混合青贮可相互弥补各自营养成分的缺点,能够达到优良青贮饲料的标准。A组和CK组均以狼尾草与花生秧混合重量比例为75∶25和50∶50时,青贮效果较佳。其中A组各处理的乳酸含量表现为A2>A3>A4>A1>A5,A2乳酸含量达1.57%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);乳酸乙酸比以A3最高,比值为2.75,显著高于A1、A4、A5(P<0.05),与A2差异不显著(P>0.05)。CK各处理的乳酸含量表现为CK3>CK2>CK4>CK5>CK1,CK3显著高于CK1、CK5(P<0.05),与CK2、CK4差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过添加乳酸菌剂,可显著改善青贮饲料品质,青贮料的粗蛋白含量、饲料相对值、乳酸含量、乳酸乙酸比等指标均得到显著提高,其中A1、A2、A3、A4、A5的粗蛋白含量分别比CK1、CK2、CK3、CK4、CK5提高了3.31%、9.08%、11.36%、6.72%和15.57%。The research was carried out in mixed silage with different proportions of Pennisetum and peanut vine,which was divided into two groups,lactobacillus preparation treat(group A)and no lactobacillus(CK)were added.Each group set five tests(A1 A5 and CK1 CK5).P.americanum×P.purpureum CV.Minmu 6 and peanut vine were mixed with different weight ratio:100%:0%,75%:25%,50%:50%,25%:75%,0%:100%.The results indicate that the mixed silage can improve the silage quality.The two components can make up for the shortcomings from each other.The silage quality was better in the A and CK groups at 75:25 and 50:50 of two components.The content of lactic acid in group A was A2>A3>A4>A1>A5,and the content of lactic acid in A2 was 1.57%,which was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).The ratio of lactic acid to acetic acid was the highest in A3,reaching 2.75,which was significantly higher than A1,A4,A5(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with A2(P>0.05).The content of lactic acid in CK treatment was CK3>CK2>CK4>CK5>CK1,CK3 was significantly higher than that of CK1 and CK5(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with CK2 and CK4(P>0.05).Compared with CK,by adding lactobacillus preparation,the quality of silage and the value of crude protein content,relative value of feed,lactic acid content and the ratio of lactic acid to acetic acid were improved significantly.Compared with those of CK1,CK2,CK3,CK4 and CK5,the crude protein contents of A1,A2,A3,A4 and A5 were increased by 3.31%,9.08%,11.36%,6.72% and 15.57%,respectively.
