摘　　要：目的:设计医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)中医保小目录警示功能,解决医生超医保范围诊疗的问题。方法:建立医保小目录,不同的医保费别所对应的诊疗项目目录范围不同,范围内的诊疗项目医保患者可以使用,超出范围则无法使用。在医护工作站中嵌入存储过程,从而调用医保小目录,实现医保诊疗范围及报销比例的警示。结果:该功能提高了医生的工作效率,减轻了医生的工作负担,同时减少了患者个人承担的医疗费用,改善了医患关系,减少了医患纠纷。结论:该功能操作简单、可行性强,且系统运行平稳,具有一定的实用性和推广性。Objective To execute medical insurance little catalogue warning in HIS to prevent the doctor from providing medical service beyond medical insurance coverage. Methods Medical insurance little catalogue was established to regulate the boundaries for medical services available for different patients, and corresponding software was embedded into the medical workstation to call medical insurance little catalogue so as to realize warning for the boundaries and reimbursement rate. Results The function decreased the doctor's workload and the patient's cost while enhanced the doctor's efficiency and the doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion The function is easy to realize with high feasibility, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
