摘　　要：为改进用于高光谱数据直线检测的传统Hough算法的计算量大、性能较低等不足,对一种基于改进Hough算法的检测方法进行了研究。用能反映地物信息体量的峰值信噪比选择波段,选出10个波段图像,既减少了输入波段数,又确保后续识别能考虑所有波段的光谱信息。对光谱相似性测度进行了改进,采用光谱信息散度与光谱角制图法混合度量(SID-SAM)检测图像边缘轮廓,获得特征点。再仿照传统Hough算法进行直线检测以得到结果。给出了算法的处理步骤,算法适于二维图像和高光谱图像的处理。实验检测结果表明:对二维图像,改进Hough算法识别出的直线数量远多于传统Hough变换,且提取的直线精度和完整性均有较大改善;对高光谱图像,与二维Hough算法相比,改进Hough算法所获结果的置信率高、准确性好,不仅可提高提取直线的完整性,而且能检测到前者无法检测到的部分。To improve the problems of traditional Hough algorithm in the line detection of hyperspectral data which were large computation and low efficiency,an improved line detection method based on Hough algorithm was studied in this paper.The peak signal noise rate(PSNR)which could present the target information on the ground was applied to select the bands.The images with the total 10 bands were determined,which had reduced the input bands and ensured the whole hyperspectral information in the later process.The spectral similarity measure was improved.The margin contour of the hyperspectral image was detected by spectral information divergence and spectral angle mapping method(SID-SAM)mixture measure and then the characteristic points were obtained.The following process of the line detection was carried on according to the traditional Hough algorithm.The flowchart of the proposed algorithm was given.This method was suitable to both two-dimensional and hyperspectral data.The experiment results show that the line numbers detected by the method proposed are far more than the traditional Hoguh algorithm and the accuracy and integrity of the detected lines have been improved greatly for two-dimensional data,and the detected results using the improved Hough algorithm have more confidence rate and superior accuracy than two-dimension Hough algorithm for hyperspectral.The improved Hough algorithm can not only improve the line integrity but also identify the lines that cannot by two-dimensional Hough algorithm.
