摘　　要：经过二十多年的发展,非学历证书考试已成为人们自主学习获得知识技能的有效方式,是构建学习型社会的重要举措。广西非学历证书考试发展多年,但存在着认知度不高、规模小、服务水平不高等问题。对此,需要采取加大宣传力度以提高非学历证书考试的知名度、充分运用激励机制以调动各方积极性、加强学历教育成绩与非学历证书考试成绩互认、建立健全非学历证书考试服务体系和擦亮非学历证书考试这一"金字招牌"等措施,有效助推非学历证书考试的发展,使其更好地服务于广西经济社会发展。After more than20 years of development,non-academic certificate exam now has become an effective way to prove student＇s acquired knowledge and skills and an important channel of learning society.Guangxi non-academic certificate exam develop for many years,but its scale is still small,its role is not fully reflected.So it＇s urgent to strengthen the propaganda,enhance its visibility and attention,and through the creation of incentive mechanism to motivate enthusiasm,to enhance the mutual recognition of academic and non academic certificate examination,establish and improve service system,so as to better serve economic and social development in Guangxi.
