摘 要:目的探讨外源性白介素-10(IL-10)对小儿牙龈炎组织中白介素-17(IL-17)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法选择2016年3月至2017年3月收治的90例牙龈炎患儿为病例组进行回顾性研究,选择同期体检的正常儿童70例作为对照组。病例组采用IL-10滤纸片进行治疗,对照组选用生理盐水滤纸片进行治疗。比较分析两组治疗前、治疗2 d、4 d、6 d后牙龈组织中IL-17、MMP-9含量水平,并探讨外源性IL-10与IL-17及MMP-9的相关性。结果治疗前、治疗2 d、4 d、6 d后,病例组IL-17、MMP-9水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后病例组的IL-17、MMP-9水平随治疗时间延长逐渐降低。外源性IL-10与IL-17呈负相关(r=-0.693,P<0.05),与MMP-9呈负相关(r=-0.705,P<0.05)。结论小儿牙龈炎组织中IL-17与MMP-9含量明显高于健康儿童牙龈组织,其可能参与小儿牙龈炎的发生及发展;外源性IL-10可以减少小儿牙龈炎组织中IL-17与MMP-9的表达。Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous interleukin-10( IL-10) on the expression of interleukin-17( IL-17)and matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9) in children with gingivitis. Methods 90 cases of gingivitis from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the case group,and 70 cases of normal children at the same period for health examination were selected as control group. The case group were treated with IL-10 filter paper and the control group were treated with saline filter paper. The levels of IL-17 and MMP-9 in gingival tissue in two groups were compared,and the correlation between exogenous IL-10 and IL-17 and MMP-9 were analyzed. Results Before treatment,after treatment with 2 d,4 d,6 d,the average IL-17 and MMP-9 in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 05),and the levels of IL and MMP-9 in the case group were decreased after treatment. Spearman correlation analysis showed that exogenous IL-10 was negatively correlated with IL-17( r = 0. 693,P 〈 0. 05); exogenous IL-10 was negatively correlated with MMP-9( r=-0. 705,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Children were significantly higher than those of healthy gingival tissue IL-17 and the content of MMP-9 in children with gingivitis tissues,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of gingivitis; exogenous IL-10 can reduce the expression of IL-17 and MMP-9 in children with gingivitis tissues.
