摘　　要：BOT模式是国际广泛采用的一种的基础设施项目投资方式,杭州庆春路过江隧道项目作为采用BOT模式投资建设运营的PPP项目,在项目实施全过程管理中项目投资、质量、安全、工期和运营都得到了很好的控制。本文主要侧重介绍该项目在BOT模式下的运营期管理,对隧道运营过程中的问题进行了探讨,对其他城市基础设施PPP项目的运营管理具有一定借鉴意义。BOT model is widely used in international investment in an infrastructure projects, Hangzhou Qingchun river tunnel project as the BOT mode of investment in construction and operation of the PPP project, are well controlled in the implementation of the project management in the whole process of project investment, quality, safety, construction and operation. This article mainly focuses on the operation management of the project under the BOT model, discusses the problems in the operation of the tunnel, and has certain reference significance for the operation and management of other urban infrastructure PPP projects.
