摘　　要：随着时代的发展,任何没有进步的事物都会在历史的长河中被淘汰。所以我们的教育也是一样,必须有新的进步才会有新的发展,最近这几年,大学生就业困难成为社会关注的焦点话题。从而在毕业就是失业的热点讨论中,我国高等职业教师在高职教育过程中应该处于一个什么样的姿态,是我国高等职业教育师资队伍建设的一个思考方面。本文研究了关于我国高等职业教育师资队伍建设的几点思考。With the development of the times, anything that has no progress will be eliminated in the long river of history. So the education is the same, only new progress will bring new development. In the past few years, employment difficulties of college students has become the focus topic of society. Therefore, in the discussion of the hot topic that graduation is unemployment, what kind of posture China＇s higher vocational teachers should be in is the problem should think in the construction of China＇s higher vocational education teachers. This paper studied the reflections on the construction of the teaching staff of higher vocational education in China.
