美国国防采办大学培训课程体系及启示

摘　　要：概述了美国国防采办大学,国防采办大学的认证培训课程体系,并以项目管理领域为例,详细介绍了三级培训体系的具体课程内容。然后结合国防采办大学成熟的培训经验,从分级认证与继续教育结合、培训机构的建立、培训课程体系建设以及培训师资和管理团队的开发四个方面给出了对我军培训课程的启示。Firstly, the US Defense Acquisition University（DAU） and its training curriculum system are summarized. Then, taking the field of project management as an example, the content of the three level training systems at DAU is introduced in detail. Finally, combined with the training experience at DAU, the enlightenment to the training curriculums of the PLA＇s equipment procurement are put forward. We should combine certification and continuing education training; establish training organization; develop training curriculum system according to the requirement of defense acquisition; and provide attractive benefits to attract and retain teachers and training management team.
