摘　　要：针对高职酒店管理专业实习后学生的人才培养情况调查显示,企业要求实习生具有吃苦耐劳、安全意识和团队精神,看重工作态度和专业素养与技能;而学生最需要加强安全防范知识、操作技能和应急处理能力。因此,课程建设中应推进全课程育人,注重职业素养和发展能力的培养,应重视大学生职业安全和心理安全教育,同时改进课堂教学设计,提高实践教学质量。Aiming at the investigation of students of hotel management specialty in higher vocational college after the training, the result shows that enterprises require interns with hard work, safety awareness and team spirit, value work attitude and professional knowledge and skills; while students need to strengthen security knowledge, skills and ability to deal with emergency. Therefore, in the course construction, we should promote the whole curriculum education, pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality and development ability, should pay attention to the college students' occupational safety and psychological safety education, and improve the classroom teaching design, improve the quality of practice teaching.
