摘 要:针对机翼结冰问题,提出了一种翼型结冰的数值模拟方法。介绍了适用于本方法的翼型网格划分及流场求解方法;提出了一种适用于CFD的水滴收集系数计算方法。利用Fluent软件的离散项模型(DPM)及用户自定义函数功能(UDF),计算求解了翼型表面的局部水滴收集系数。介绍了积冰过程中的质量守恒和能量守恒过程。基于积冰垂直生长假设,介绍了积冰生长模型。最后利用提出的方法预测了翼型的结冰情况。将用计算得到的三种典型积冰类型同国外冰风洞实验结果做了对比,证明了方法的正确性和准确性。A numerical simulation method of icing is proposed for wing icing problem.The airfoil meshing and flow field solving method which are applicable for this method are introduced.A calculation method of water droplet collection coefficient is presented.Local water droplet collection coefficient is calculated using the discrete phase model (DPM) and user defined function (UDF) of Fluent;The conservation of mass and energy in the process of ice accretion was presented.Based on the assumption that the growth of ice is vertical, ice growth model is introduced.The icing condition of airfoil was predicted by the method proposed in this paper in the last.To prove the validity of this method, three typical types of ice was calculated by the proposed method and compared with foreign ice wind tunnel results.
