基于协作机制下的网络教学团队有效运行思考

摘　　要：教育作为人类的一种有意识、有目的的人才培养社会行为,它主要基于教育者、受教育者、教育手段和教育内容4点要素展开,这4点要素相互依托、相互辅助,就形成了相互协作机制,实现了真正的知识演化过程。本文就将以知识演化与教育教学之间的关系开题,探讨当前时代中以网络教学为主的知识演化过程及增强方法。并重点基于知识演化的有效载体——WSSI协作式电子白板系统这一关键技术为背景,全面分析协作机制下网络教学团队的系统教学设计及实现应用过程,同时评价其应用效果。As the social behaviors of human talent cultivation with consciousness and purposes,the education are mainly based on four elements of the educators, the educated, the educational methods and the educational contents. The four elements rely on each other and assist each other so that the collaboration mechanism are formed and the real knowledge evolution process are realized. This paper begins with the relationship between knowledge evolution and educational teaching,and discusses the knowledge evolution process and enhancement methods which give priority to network teaching in current era. This paper also focuses on the effective carrier of knowledge evolution-!SSI collaborative electronic whiteboard system, comprehensively analyzes the system teaching design, realization and application process of network teaching team on the basis of the collaboration mechanism, meanwhile, evaluates the application effects.
