摘　　要：目的:总结中国护士亚健康的研究现状,为进一步研究提供证据。方法:在数据库中检索2006-2016年的文献,进行文献回顾。结果:中国护士亚健康的主要原因是:医患关系紧张;社会支持度低;长期超负荷工作状态;生活作息不规律;长期焦虑。目前,亚健康研究处于发展阶段,测评系统不够完善,干预措施效果缺乏验证。建议:建立大数据库,完善测评体系;建立社会支持系统,完善法律体系;改善护理管理,创新护理排班;培养职业兴趣,提高职业认同感;优化研究设计,在循证的基础上形成有效干预措施。Obejective： To investigate the research process of sub-health among the nurses living in China in order to provide evidences for further studies. Methods： A literature review was conducted by searching studies published between 2006 and 2016 in databases. Results： The main reasons of sub-health among the nurses were： the doctor-patient relationship was tense; support to nurses from society was low; nurses were long-term overload of work; and nurses lived with an irregular life style and in long-term anxiety. However, sub-healthy research was at the development stage so far. Evaluation system of sub-health was not good enough, and intervention measures were lack of support from evidence-based studies. Conclusion： Establishing a large sub-healthy database and thus constructing an effective evaluation system; developing legal and social support systems; improving nursing management; cultivating nurses 爷 professional interests; and producing effective intervention measures based on evidence-based studies as well.
