摘　　要：复发性流产是不育症的常见类型之一。复发性流产的原因多样,包括遗传因素、子宫解剖结构异常、内分泌-代谢紊乱、感染、免疫相关因素、抗磷脂抗体综合征、血栓前状态等众多因素,其中遗传学因素是复发性流产病因的重要组成部分。复发性流产的遗传学因素包括染色体核型异常、基因突变、遗传多态性等,本文旨在对复发性流产的遗传学因素做一综述。Recurrent spontaneousabortion（RSA）is one of the most common causes of infertility.The reasons of RSA are complicated including genetics,uterine anomalies,hormonal or metabolic disorders,infection,reproductive immunity and thrombophilias,etc.Genetics takes a great part in the causes of RSA,including abnormal karyotype,genetic mutation,and genetic polymorphism.This paper aims to summarize and review the genetic causes of RSA.
