摘　　要：首先阐述了区域经济社会发展对统计学专业人才的需求现状,分析了该专业目前在人才培养过程中存在的各种问题,通过改善和创新合理有效的人才培养模式,进而达到提升统计学专业人才培养素质的目的.This essay states the current demand to statistics professionals in the development of local economy and analyzes some problems existing in the present professional cultivation.Through improving and innovating reasonable and effective talent cultivation modes,the purpose of improving the quality of statistics professionals is achieved.
