小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗晶体溶解性青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨并总结小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗晶状体溶解性青光眼的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2011年3月至2016年5月间在我科确诊并行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的30例30眼晶状体溶解性青光眼,观察并记录其视力、眼压及并发症等变化情况。结果 30例患者手术均顺利进行,术中未出现任何并发症,术后3个月随访时视力恢复良好,有6眼视力在0.1～0.5,占20.0%,24眼视力在0.6～0.8,占80.0%,矫正视力在1.0及其以上的有6眼,占20.0%;所有患者术后随访时眼压均在正常范围;术后均无严重影响眼压及视力的并发症出现。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗晶状体溶解性青光眼具有良好的临床效果,值得在基层医院推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision extraction cataract Extracapsularis（ECCE） and intraoeular lens（IOL） implantation on phacolytic glaucoma. Methods Thirty cases with phacolytic glaucoma received small incision ECCE and IOL implantation. Postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure were examined and any complications during and after surgery were observed. Results At the third month after the surgery, the average corrective visual acuity was 0.1 - 0.5 in 6eyes, 0.6- 0.9 in 24eyes, 1.0 of better in 6eyes; and the intraocular pressure were under control. There were no severe complications occurring intraoperatively or post-operatively. Conclusion Small incision ECCE combined with IOL implantation is a effective treatment for phacolytic glaucoma.
