摘 要:由于传统医学教育中医患沟通相关教学未被充分重视,导致学生医患沟通能力不足,间接造成医患纠纷问题出现.实习医生需要多掌握医患沟通技巧,多注重理论与实践结合,认真对待医学实习岗前培训,主动参加政府及医院等组织的人文社会活动,积极参与早期接触临床等活动;通过临床实习,强化医患沟通能力培养,提高医患沟通实践水平.Due to the shortage of doctor-patient communication skills in the traditional medical education,students lacked the ability to communicate with patients,thereby bringing about medical disputes ceaselessly. Interns should pay attention to both theories and practice, earnestly learn the pre-internship training and actively participate in social activities held by government and hospitals, and the clinical prac-tice earlier. According to the clinical practice, the doctor-patient communication skill can be enhanced and the doctor-patient relationship can be strengthened.
