摘　　要：工业小企业是我国实体经济的基础。工业小企业生成能力在小企业概念阶段、孕育阶段和企业创立到与市场达成平衡这一完整的生存期,需要企业具有生成阶段中思维能力、行为能力、聚合能力、市场竞争能力等,需要进行多层次、全方位孕育培养。从小企业生命周期的概念、孕育、生成和成长四个阶段出发,通过实地调查研究,运用概率回归模型,并通过鲁棒性检测等方法实证分析小企业生成能力和资源禀赋因素关联性状况,最后对数据结果阐明描述性结论和延伸思考,并对推进小企业生成能力提出相关建议。Small industrial enterprises is the basis of China＇s real economy,small industrial enterprises generating capacity in the concept of small business stage which achieve a balancewith the market after establishment of enterprises to complete survival period,that is,there areneed thinking ability,activity ability,cluster ability,market competitivenessability,etc.,in the stage.We also need to breed it based on multi-level,all-round.Based on the Concept,there are Birth,Pre-growth and Growth-up in the small industrial enterprise＇ life cycle,this paper collected the data based on the survey,then uses the probabilistic regression model and realizes the correlation between the small enterprise generating ability and the resource endowment factor through the field investigation and research through the method of robustness detection.And finally through the descriptive conclusions and extended thinking to the data analysis to be described,and to promote small industrial enterprisesgenerating capacity to make relevant recommendations.
