摘  要:建立了高效液相-激光诱导荧光法检测克拉维酸钾中的黄曲霉毒素B_1、B_2、G_1和G_2。采用Luna C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇∶乙腈∶水(27∶27∶46),采用0.05%碘溶液柱后衍生,激光器激发波长375 nm,发射波长450 nm。4种黄曲霉毒素(B_1、B_2、G_1和G_2)分离完全,检测限分别为0.08、0.024、0.08和0.024 ng/ml,且分别在0.2~10、0.06~3、0.2~10和0.06~3 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好。黄曲霉毒素B_1、B_2、G_1和G_2的回收率为83.3%~105.0%,RSD为1.2%~3.6%。An HPLC-LIF method was established for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G2 and G2 in potassium clavulanate. A Luna C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol : acetonitrile:water (27: 27 : 46), with 0.05 % iodine solution as the post-column derivatization agent, at the excitation wavelength of 375 nm and emission wavelength of 450 nm. Four aflatoxins (B~, BE, G1 and G2) were well separated. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.08, 0.024, 0.08 and 0.024 ng/ml for B~, B2, GI and G2, respectively. Their calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.2--10, 0.06-3, 0.2--10 and 0.06---3 ng/ml, respectively. Their average recoveries were 83.3 %--105.0%, with RSDs of 1.2 %--3.6 %. The established method improves the detection ability of aflatoxin and it is easy to operate. It provides a more sensitive and reliable method for the drug control.
