摘 要:针对当前临港产业布局规划缺乏量化分析方法的问题,基于多目标规划和系统布置设计方法构建产业空间布局模型,并对模型进行求解分析,解决临港产业的规模大小和空间布局2个问题。以江苏省盐城滨海港临港产业区为例,构建临港产业空间布局模型,并采用LINGO求解器和模拟退火算法对模型进行求解,计算出滨海港临港产业最佳布局方案,验证模型的可行性和准确性。In view of the lack of quantitative analysis method in the layout planning of the port-centered industries, an industrial spatial layout model based on multi-objective planning and systematic layout design is established in this paper, which is then analyzed and solved to address two problems : scale and spatial layout of the port-centered industries. Finally, a case study for the port-centered industry zone of the Binhai Port of Yancheng City is performed, in which a spatial layout model for port-centered industries is established and solved by means of LINGO solver and simulated annealing algorithm. The optimal layout program for the port-centered industries of the Binhai Port is obtained, which demonstrates the feasibility and accuracy of the model.
