摘　　要：目的:提高对腹膜后肉瘤CT影像学表现的认识。方法:搜集6例经病理证实腹膜后肉瘤患者的CT检查资料,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:6例中脂肪肉瘤3例,平滑肌肉瘤1例,纤维肉瘤1例,横纹肌肉瘤1例;大部分肿瘤体积均较大,轮廓清楚,其中不规则形3例,类圆形3例;推挤或压迫甚至侵犯邻近结构而出现临床症状3例,无直接侵犯邻近结构而有临床症状3例。结论:腹膜后肉瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性,螺旋CT是发现腹膜后肉瘤的有效方法之一。Objective： To increase the awareness of CT imaging features for retroperitoneal sarcoma. Methods： To anal- yse the 6 collections of the CT examination information about the patients pathologically confirmed retroperitoneal sarcoma and review the performance of the CT. Results： There are 3 cas- es of liposarcoma, 1 case of leiomyosarcoma, 1 case of fibrosar- coma, and 1 case of rhabdomyosarcoma in the 6 cases . Most of the tumors had larger size, clear outline, 3 cases of which had ir- regular shape and the other 3 had round shape.3 cases pushed or oppressed even violated the neighboring structure and had clinical symptoms, 3 cases had no direct violation of the neigh- boring structures and had clinical symptoms. Conclusion： The CT performance of Retroperitoneal sarcoma has some features. Spiral CT is one of the effective ways to find retroperitoneal sarcoma.
