也谈甘肃秦始皇时期长城——与《甘肃无秦始皇长城考》商榷

摘　　要：秦始皇在平灭六国、南征北战以后,形成了空前的大帝国。为了维护来之不易的西北领土安全,秦始皇将战国时期秦赵燕三国的长城加以修葺,形成了"西起临洮,东到辽东"的万里长城,在西北地区主要是修葺战国时期秦昭王的长城,同时又修建了临洮以北,经过"榆中"到宁夏、内蒙古的长城沿河防御体系,当时的修建方式利用洮河与黄河的水环境"因河为塞",修建一条线性防御工程。说甘肃没有秦始皇时期长城的观点是需要商榷的。The first Emperor of Qin built an unprecedented empire after the war with six countries by fighting north and south.In order to maintain the security of northwest territory,Qin shihuang repaired and connected the wall of Qin,Zhao and Yan three countries during the Warring States period to form the Great Wall which begans at Lin Zhao in the west,and ended at Liao Dong in the east.He mainly repaired the wall of Qin Zhaowang period and established the Great Wall defense system along the river,which started from the north of Linzhao,across the Yuzhong to Ningxia province and Inner Mongolia.This construction was aimed to make full use of the nature environment of the Tao river and Yellow River to build a linear defense project.It requires further discussion on whether there is no great wall in Qin dynasty in Gansu province.The view that there is no great wall of Qin Dynasty in Gansu need to be discussed.
