摘  要:随着汽车产业在中国的高速发展,汽车轻量化和增强安全性能已经成为汽车行业关注的两大主题,主要通过应用轻质新材料、优化汽车的结构设计、采用先进的成形工艺几种途径实现。主要介绍了热冲压和液压成形的技术原理,阐述了热冲压和液压成形汽车零部件在减重、安全方面的优势,介绍了宝钢热冲压和液压成形技术的情况,并预测了未来的发展趋势。With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, automotive lightweight and safety performance en- hancement were focused. It was realized by applying lightweight materials, optimizing design structure of vehicles and using advanced forming technology. The paper mainly introduced technical principles of hotstamping and hydroforming as well as their advantages in weight loss and safety. It also introduced the application of hotstamping and hydroforming technology in Baosteel and predicted the development trending in the future.
