摘　　要：随着两极地区的能源开发，科考研究和观光旅游等项目的发展，两极地区的航运需求将越来越多，而极地规则作为公约正文引用的强制性规则，对航行于两极地区船舶的结构方面提出了明确的要求。With the development of polar areas, lots of projects are in process such as energy development, scientific research and sightseeing tourism in the polar region, the demand for shipping in polar waters are increasing. The Polar Code which be used as the mandatory requirements make clear request to the constructions of the ships operating in polar waters.
