摘　　要：大学教师文化关乎着大学文化和大学精神建设,直接反映着大学的文化底蕴。近年来,在经济全球化和社会主义市场经济的冲击下,大学教师所处的的政治、经济、生活环境发生了重大变化,大学教师文化受到多方冲击和挑战,面临着多种潜在的威胁。把握当前大学教师文化面临的困境,探寻造成这种困境的原因,尝试提出其重构策略,以期对促进大学文化建设、师德建设,推动高校教师发展,推动高等教育的长足发展起到积极作用。The college teachers' culture is fundamental to the construction of college culture and college spirit. Though the excellent teachers' culture is generally dominant,upon the impact of economic civilization and socialist market economy,the social and political environment in which college teachers live has changed a lot,their culture has been challenged greatly. So,to know the dilemmas the college teachers' culture faces at present,to explore the causes and the ways to reconstruct are of great significance to promote the construction of college culture,to boost the college teachers' professional development and to drive the development of national higher learning.
