摘  要:在基于窗帘式自然悬挂的单向悬垂性测试方法的基础上,为了综合反映织物单向悬垂特性,建立一种新的织物单向悬垂性评价体系。通过对悬垂投影曲线数据优化处理、提出一种提取单向悬垂性特征参数的新算法,并利用这些特征参数借助模糊聚类算法建立一种织物单向悬垂性评价方法。模糊聚类结果显示:利用提取的特征参数进行模糊聚类所得评定结果与人为主观评定结果一致,表明这些特征参数能综合反映织物的单向悬垂特性;该评价方法可行,为评价织物单向悬垂性提供新途径。Based on the method of testing unidirectional drapability of curtain-type natural suspension,a new evaluation system of fabric's unidirectional drapability was established to fully reflect fabric's unidirectional drapability.By optimizing the data of the curve of draping projection,a new algorithm was proposed for extracting characteristic parameters of fabric's unidirectional drapability,and a new evaluation method of fabric's unidirectional drapability was established based on the characteristic parameters with the fuzzy clustering algorithm.The results of fuzzy clustering show that the evaluation result obtained by fuzzy clustering based on the characteristic parameters is consistent with the artificial subjective evaluation result,indicating that these characteristic parameters can fully reflect fabric's unidirectional drapability;the evaluation method is feasible,providing a new way for evaluating fabric's unidirectional drapability.
