血常规检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析血常规检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:选取接诊的地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血患者中随机选取90例作为本次研究的对象,并随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各45例。设定缺铁性贫血患者为对照组,地中海贫血患者为试验组,两组均接受血常规检验,比较两组的鉴别诊断结果。结果:试验组的Hb和MCHC血常规检验指标值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RDW、RBC、MCV等血常规检验指标值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间MCH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血常规检验中的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)等是鉴别诊断贫血类型的重要指标,可以为后续临床诊治提供确切的参考依据,具有非常高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application of blood test in the Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia in the differential diagnosis. Method In our hospital admissions among patients with thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia in 90 cases were randomly selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group set the iron deficiency anemia patients as control group,thalassemia patients as the experimental group,two groups were treated with routine blood test,differential diagnosis results of two groups were compared. Results The Hb and MCHC blood test indicators of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; RDW,RBC,MCV;blood index values were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）;MCH value of these two groups didn＇t have significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The blood test in the hemoglobin（ Hb）,red blood cell count（ RBC）,red cell distribution width（ RDW）,average red blood cell volume（ MCV）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin（ MCH）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC） is an important index for differential diagnosis of anemia type,can provide accurate reference for subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment,has very high clinical application value Value.
