甲胎蛋白和高尔基体蛋白73的表达与原发性肝癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析血清中甲胎蛋白(α-fetoprotein,AFP)和高尔基体蛋白73(golgiprotein73,GP73)的水平与原发性肝癌(primary carcinoma of liver,PHC)的相关性。方法收集2015年8月~2016年7月泰州市人民医院的80例PHC住院患者设为观察组;健康体检者80例为对照组,采用微粒子酶免疫分析技术检测AFP水平;采用UPT上转发光法检测GP73水平,并对其表达结果进行统计学分析。结果 PHC患者的两种标记物水平均显著高于正常对照组。AFP单项检测敏感度和特异度分别为81.3%和94.8%;GP73单项检测敏感度和特异度分别为64.8%和93.1%;两种标志物联合检测敏感度和特异度分别为98.6%和100%。结论 AFP、GP73血清表达与诊断PHC的敏感度和特异度密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between alpha- fetoprotein （AFP） and Golgiprotein 73 （GP73） in serum and primary carcinoma of liver （PHC）. Methods 80 cases of the original PHC hospitalized pa-tients from Taizhou People^s Hospital were collected from 2015-08 to 2016-07. The subjects were collected from 80 cases of healthy subjects. The AFP level was detected by enzyme immunoassay. The level of GP73 was detected and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Two markers of PHC were significantly higher than the normal control group. The sensitivity and specificity of the single detection sensitivity were 87.8% and 94.8% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of GP73 were 64.8% and 93.1% respectively. The sensitivity and speci-ficity of the two markers were 98.6% and 100%. Conclusion The expression of AFP and GP73 is closely related to the sensitivity and specificity of PHC.
