摘  要:目的 探讨在老年人下颌全口义齿修复中开窗式印模技术的应用,以及这种开窗式印模技术对于修复老年人下颌无牙颌的效果.方法 选取我院口腔科2014年9月~2016年3月接收的下颌牙槽嵴低平,且牙槽顶端被松软粘膜组织覆盖的老年下颌牙列缺失患者20例.患者均采用开窗式印模技术来进行下颌全口义齿修复.结果 通过开窗式印模技术的应用,患者在全口义齿修复后牙齿的黏膜压痛点明显减少,义齿更加稳固,而且义齿的咀嚼效率也明显提高.结论 在义齿修复中,开窗式印模技术操作较为简单,而且所出现的误差也较小,能够在牙槽嵴低平的现状下,有效地提高老年患者下颌全口义齿修复的质量,因此值得在临床中大量推广和应用.Objective To investigate the application of the technique of opening the window type printing in the restoration of the mandibular complete denture in the elderly, and the effect of this technique on the restoration of the mandibular complete denture in the elderly. Methods in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016 the oral department received 20 patients with mandibular alveolar ridge, and alveolar mucosa is soft up on top of the overlay of old mandibular complete denture patients. For these patients, the use of the opening of the membrane technology to make full denture, denture repair. Results the mandibular alveolar ridge, and the top of alveolar mucosa appeared in elderly patients with soft covered the open window seal membrane technique in complete denture teeth, mucosa tenderness signicantly reduced, denture is more stable, but also in elderly patients with masticatory effiency was obviously improved. Conclusion n dental restoration, fenestration technique operation is relatively simple, and the errors are less able to present in the alveolar ridge, effectively improve the quality of elderly patients with mandibular complete dentures, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
