摘 要:人格的培养和塑造是大学生素质全面发展的内在要求,客观性、实践性、能动性是其主要特性。中国传统经典蕴含民族与创新精神是大学生应恪守的行为取向,为大学生人格塑造提供了理想范式,作为隐性的教育方式弥补了人格教育的缺陷。借助于传统经典文化塑造当代大学生的人格需要健全高校人格塑造体系,建立社会参与大学生人格塑造的机制,充分发挥家庭教育的积极作用。Cultivating and shaping personality is the inherent requirement of the all-round development of college students with objectivity, practicality and initiative as the main characteristics. The traditional Chinese classics contain the spirit of national and innovation, which is the behavior orientation of college students. It provides ideal model for personality shaping of college students, and makes up the defects of personality education as recessive education. With the help of the traditional culture, the personality of contemporary college students needs to be improved, and the system of personality building in colleges and universities should be established. Full play to the positive role of family education also be needed.
