摘　　要：美国高等教育中兼职教师的应用非常普遍。美国高校档案学专业自20世纪20年代就开始任用来自实践部门的工作人员作为兼职教师,兼职教师以其独特的专业特性和从业经验极大地提高了美国档案专业教学的实践性。文章通过介绍美国高校档案专业兼职教师的聘用概况以及兼职教师的管理政策,分析我国档案专业在提高教学实践性研究中存在的问题,并提出借鉴和参考美国高校档案专业的做法,利用兼职教师发挥施教主体在提高教学实践性方面的作用。Adjunct faculty is very widely used in higher education field in America. Since1920s the use of adjunct or part-time faculty drawn from the practicing profession has been of interest. The specialties and working experiences of adjunct faculty improve the practical teaching greatly. The article introduces the adjunct faculty in American higher education and the policies on adjunct faculty, analyzes the problems we faced in the higher education of archival science, and advises that we can use adjunct faculty to improve the practical teaching.
