摘 要:针对某重型牵引车的转向轻便性试验中出现的转向沉重问题,进行优化提升。鉴于此车型的前期设计过程中已进行了转向系统液压系统参数的理论校核计算,文章重点从力传动比的角度进行理论校核计算。在优化转向系的机械传动机构的传动比之后,再进行理论校核计算,并对优化后的实车进行转向轻便性试验,验证转向系的机械传动机构的传动比对转向沉重的影响,以提高车辆的转向轻便性。For the hard steering presented in steering efforts test procedure for the hauler,it is optimized to improve. In view of the steering system hydraulic system parameters of the theoretical check calculation has been carried out in the preliminary design process of this model, this paper calculate from the viewpoint of the force transmission ratio. After optimizing the transmission ratio of the mechanical transmission mechanism of the steering system, the theoretical check calculation is carried out, and the steering efforts test procedure is carried out to verify the influence to hard steering from the force transmission ratio of the mechanical transmission mechanism of the steering system. Improve the steering portability of the hauler.
