高校学位论文数据库增值服务模式研究——以中国人民大学博硕士学位论文库为例

摘　　要：在分析当前高校学位论文数据库服务现状基础上,以"中国人民大学博硕士学位论文库"为例,阐明高校学位论文数据库存在的功能定位不准确、资源建设水平不高、利用服务功能单一化等一系列问题。立足于我国高校学位论文数据库建设的实际问题,吸收国外学位论文数据库的建设经验,尝试构建新型学位论文数据库增值服务模式,主要包括三大部分:数据库资源建设、数据库服务功能拓展和数据库开放利用保障机制。学位论文数据库资源建设是基础,数据库服务功能的拓展是学位论文增值服务模式的核心,数据库开放利用保障机制为学位论文数据库论文增值服务的全过程提供安全的环境。The academic value and scientific research value of university degree thesis resources cannot be replaced by the other literature resources. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the university dissertation database,this paper takes＂the doctoral dissertations database and the master degree thesis database of Renmin University ＂as an example to analyze the problems existing in the present university dissertation database,such as inaccurate function orientation,low level of resource construction and simplification of service function. On this basis,with reference to the advanced experience of foreign dissertations database construction,this paper tries to build a value-added service model of university degree thesis database in China. The model mainly consists of three parts： the construction of database resources,the expansion of database service function and the guarantee mechanism of the opening and utilization of database. The construction of high quality database resources will effectively improve the quality of the general services and value-added services of the later papers. The expansion of database service functions are the core of the model,specifically including the following functions： subject analysis function based on bibliometrics,tag and push of the dissertation,dynamic updating and visualization analysis of citation database. These functions determine the degree of utilization of the database and the realization of the construction efficiency. The opening and utilization of database security mechanism can provide a whole process security environment for the model.
