摘　　要：通过分析质量管理与新产品开发整合的研究现状,构建了质量管理与新产品开发的关系模型,并分析了模型中的变量。利用问卷调查数据,基于贝叶斯网络分析方法验证了所提出的关系模型。结合新产品开发的质量特性,提出将人的因素融入新产品开发质量管理中,从认知和员工行为的视角研究和实施新产品开发的质量管理。By analyzing the research status of the integration of quality management and new product development,this paper constructs the relationship model between quality management and new product development,and analyzes the variables in this model.Then it uses the data from the questionnaire survey to verify the relationship model by the Bayesian network analysis.Finally,combining with the quality characteristics of new product development,it proposes that introducing human factors into the quality management of new product development,and studying and implementing the quality management of new product development from the perspective of cognition and employee＇s behavior.
